An exciting opportunity has become available for a Band 3 Recruitment Assistant to join a well established team working within Recruitment based at Furness General Hospital. This is a Fixed Term post for a period of 12 months working 37.5 hours per week.
You will work as part of the recruitment team to ensure we provide a professional recruitment & on-boarding service. You will offer support and advice to managers and new employees .
You will work closely with members of the People & OD Team, Stakeholders and external agencies ensuring the recruitment is delivered to a high standard throughout the whole process.
Critical for us is your enthusiasm, strong IT skills and highly organised approach. You will possess excellent communication/ interpersonal skills and IT skills. Ability to priorities’ your workload, attention to detail and accuracy are of paramount importance as is the ability to handle information confidentially and sensitively.
You must be able to demonstrate the Trusts Vision & Values .
This position is based at Barrow-in-Furness and you must have the ability to travel as required.
Anyone newly appointed to the trust will be subject to the completion of a satisfactory 6 month probationary period (this includes bank staff). This will give the new staff member an opportunity to become familiar with the role and working environment.
